Université Catholique de l'Ouest

Founded in 1875, the university is one of the oldest tertiary education institutions in the west of France. It is a multidisciplinary university that provides some of the best teaching and research in France.

UCO offers each student the framework to develop and acquire their best level of skills and employability, regardless of their background. The university is organized into six Faculties: Law, Economics and Management, Education, Humanities, Science, Social and Human Science, Theology and Religious Studies. UCO is located in the city of Angers in the north-west of France, where there is a large student population and a vibrant city that offers many cultural events and a great nightlife. There is also an array of student groups and associations that organize many student events.
