University North

University North is a public university in Croatia, with campuses in two cities:  Koprivnica and Varaždin. It is the fifth largest university in Croatia based on the number of students and the only public university operating in Northern Croatia alongside the University of Zagreb.

The institution offers courses in different disciplines, including natural sciences, medicine-related studies, humanities, information technologies, etc. Internationalization is one of the universities1 top priorities. Since the University of Osijek is one of the promoters of the development of Eastern Croatia, its strategic goals refer to encouraging cross-border cooperation, which is particularly developed in the field of international research projects.
